Turn "I can't" into a checklist.
Pick something that feels big, or type your own — we'll turn it into small steps you can actually check off.
Why breaking tasks down helps
Big tasks like "clean your room" or "study for the test" can feel so heavy that it's hard to start at all. That's especially common for people with ADHD, but it happens to everyone. Splitting a task into small, clear steps gives your brain a starting point and a win every time you check one off.
How to use it
Pick a preset task, like a morning routine or a big school project, or type your own. You'll get a checklist you can edit. Add steps, remove the ones you don't need, and watch the progress bar fill up. Your progress is saved on your device, so you can come back later.
Tip: make the first step tiny
If you're stuck, make the first step something that takes less than two minutes, like "open my notebook." Once you've started, the next step usually feels easier.
